Ballon d'Or AI Refund Policy for Credits and Plans

Which Ballon d'Or AI credit packs and plans can be refunded, what to put in a request, how long repayment takes, what is excluded and where to ask about billing.

Ballon d'Or AI sells credit packs and monthly plans for making award-night videos. If something you paid for here falls short of what you expected, the terms below describe when your money can be returned and how to start that process.

Refund Eligibility

We can return a payment when your order meets both conditions:

The request is sent to us within 7 days of your first purchase, or within 7 days of the first charge on your subscription.
Little or none of the paid functionality on the account has been put to use.

Separately from cash refunds, credits spent on a render that fails or is blocked by our safety checks are put back into your balance automatically. You do not need to file a request for that.

How to Request a Refund

Write to support@ballondorai.video and give us:

The email address your Ballon d'Or AI account is registered under
The order number or receipt reference, where you have one
Optionally, a line explaining the reason for the request

Processing Time

Once approved, a refund is sent back to the card or payment method used at checkout through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it normally appears within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Generally, no refund is given for:

Accounts that have already relied heavily on the paid service, for instance by using up most of their credits or generating a large number of golden ball clips
A subscription renewal where we receive the request after the 7-day window has closed
One-time credit packs, except where a refund is required by law
Accounts that breached the Terms of Service or tried to exploit the refund process

Subscription Cancellation

A monthly plan can be switched off at any point, and it will then not renew again. Turning off renewal prevents further charges, but payments taken before that moment are not returned simply because you cancelled.

Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, our support inbox is the quickest route to a fix, so we ask that you write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. Access to an account may be paused for as long as a chargeback on it is still unresolved.

Statutory Rights

Where the law in your country grants you consumer protections that cannot be signed away, those protections continue to apply regardless of anything written here.
